Retail (Consumer Sales in the US)

Return & Refund Policy
Wholesale (B2B RMA)
- Returns accepted within 30 days for defective items or shipping errors.
- RMA request must include invoice, product photos, and reason.
- Restocking fee (8–15%) may apply for non-defective returns.
- Non-returnable: clearance, custom, or used items.
Retail (Consumers in the US)
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
- Full refund or store credit upon inspection.
- Eyetrend’s covers return shipping only for defective or incorrect products.
